Who we are

805title of Nevada (“805 Title,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent title and escrow firm operating in the State of Nevada. Our office is located at 9205 W. Russell Rd, Suite 240, Las Vegas, NV 89148. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit 805titlenv.com (the “Site”) or engage us in connection with a real estate, lending, or business transaction.

Information we collect

In the ordinary course of providing title insurance and escrow services, and in operating the Site, we collect categories of personal information that may include:

  • Identifiers and contact data — name, mailing and property addresses, phone, email, date of birth, and government-issued identification numbers (such as Social Security or Tax ID numbers) when required to underwrite, escrow, or close a transaction.
  • Transaction data — property descriptions, transaction amounts, sales contracts, loan documents, payoff demands, vesting and ownership history, and related closing materials.
  • Financial data — bank account and wiring instructions, payoff amounts, and similar information required to disburse funds at closing.
  • Site usage data — IP address, device and browser information, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of access. The Site may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to support performance, analytics, and remarketing.
  • Information you submit through forms — including the “Open an order” form, contact form, and any documents you upload or send.

How we use information

We use personal information to perform our services and to operate our business. That includes opening and managing title and escrow files, ordering title searches and underwriting, preparing closing documents, disbursing funds, complying with legal and regulatory obligations, preventing fraud and wire fraud, communicating with you, and improving the Site. We do not sell personal information collected in the course of providing title or escrow services.

How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to deliver our services and meet our obligations, including with:

  • Title insurance underwriters that issue policies on the transactions we close.
  • Lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, lien holders, and other parties identified in your transaction.
  • County recorders and other public offices in connection with recording instruments.
  • Service providers acting on our behalf for hosting, document management, e-signature, accounting, and similar functions.
  • Government agencies and regulators when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money-laundering rules, or applicable Nevada Division of Insurance requirements.

We may also share information in connection with a corporate transaction (such as a merger or sale of assets), subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

How we protect information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, and unauthorized disclosure. We restrict access to a limited number of trained personnel on a need-to-know basis, and we encrypt files and communications where doing so is appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure performance, and support advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may affect Site functionality. We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel for traffic measurement and remarketing. You can opt out of Google’s analytics cookies through Google’s opt-out browser add-on and you can manage Meta’s ad preferences in your Meta account settings.

Nevada residents’ rights

If you are a Nevada resident, you have rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A — Security and Privacy of Personal Information. NRS 603A imposes data-security obligations on businesses that handle Nevada residents’ personal information and requires breach notification under NRS 603A.220. This Privacy Policy is intended to satisfy the operator notice requirement of NRS 603A.340. Under NRS 603A.345, Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to make any sale of certain “covered information” collected through the Site to third parties in exchange for monetary consideration. We do not currently sell covered information for monetary consideration. To submit a verified request, contact us at the address below with the subject line “Nevada NRS 603A.345 Request.”
